Last night when we arrived from buying groceries for the group and found out that we would have guest staying the night! We received Pastor Barry Parker and a team from "Fellowship of the Metroplex" in Arlington, Texas.
They were a sweet bunch of folks, all having come for mission to preach the Gospel. This pastor came down last year with a group of 20 pastors and went back to a church that is about 10 years old and seriously involved in the community. They had never taken a mission trip and the pastor said that he had told the church that he opened the invitation to the church... Now 10 people (not all were in the picture) have stepped out to answer the call to missions.I don't claim to know much, but I can tell already... 10 people will not be disappointed!
